Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Execute: Oversee the complete design and construction process, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, timelines and safety protocols
  • Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate with civil design consultants, factory teams, and process engineers to harmonise design and site activities
  • Project Management: Prepare and monitor detailed time schedules and tender documents, manage contractor claims and ensure effective budget management
  • Health & Safety: Implement a robust health & safety framework, working closely with the Site Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance and safeguard project teams
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with core teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely project delivery
  • Travel Requirements: Moderate travel is expected as you'll need to be on-site to manage various project activities

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong focus on project management
  • Experience: hands-on project management experience, leading large-scale projects
  • Experience in industrial projects is highly desirable
  • Skills: Excellent project management capabilities, strong leadership, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology is essential also as Capex
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Danish language skills are a significant plus
  • Other Requirements: Must hold a valid driver's license
