Enterprise Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities among existing customers in the DACH region and other European countries.
As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships with our enterprise customers and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the entire customer experience. Traveling to customers will occupy 15-20% of your time.
Responsibilities:- Develop new business with existing clients in alignment with company strategy.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Answer client queries and support challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- 3 -5 years of relevant sales experience in selling complex software to large enterprise customers – ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong track record of meeting sales revenue goals.
- Solid experience in building professional relationships at all levels.
- Strong business understanding and business acumen.
- Good listener and experienced presenter and negotiator.
- Strong drive and focus on results.
- International profile, with experience working in global teams.
- Full proficiency in English.
