Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Nordics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in the Nordics. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of our Nordic entities, including administration, statutory reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to the local leadership team, providing financial guidance and support
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Manage financial risks, ensuring the company's assets are protected and preserved
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
  • Collaborate with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in leading financial management positions
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, with a professional qualification in accounting
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
