Administrative Coordinator for Operational Excellence

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our Operations team at Novo Nordisk. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in various tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating management activities, reporting, budgeting, and hiring processes
- Supporting the management team in prioritizing tasks and working independently
- Utilizing personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development
- Working closely with the PP assistant group to solve tasks across the area
Qualifications:
- Experience with presentation and great communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and interconnected functionalities
- Familiarity with management and change management theories
- Ability to navigate in the SAP system
