About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our Operations team at Novo Nordisk. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in various tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating management activities, reporting, budgeting, and hiring processes
  • Supporting the management team in prioritizing tasks and working independently
  • Utilizing personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development
  • Working closely with the PP assistant group to solve tasks across the area

Qualifications:

  • Experience with presentation and great communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office and interconnected functionalities
  • Familiarity with management and change management theories
  • Ability to navigate in the SAP system
