At Novo Nordisk, we strive to have a sustainable tax approach that balances our business needs with responsible and transparent practices. As a Global Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in this effort by participating in planning and executing transfer pricing projects, often collaborating with external advisors.
The position offers the opportunity to work on various transfer pricing compliance matters, including reviewing or preparing transfer pricing documentation and driving the annual benchmark study update process. You will engage with the business to provide advice or make changes from a transfer pricing perspective when new projects, organizational structures, or other developments arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in tax, economics, public accounting, business law, or similar relevant education, along with approximately 3-5 years of experience working within transfer pricing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are also essential.
You will work closely with the tax team in Global Business Services in India, supporting operational transfer pricing and handling a variety of other transfer pricing tasks. We foster a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, where you can contribute to the continuous improvement of transfer pricing policies and processes.

About Our Team
Our Corporate Tax department is a global organization encompassing around 70 employees worldwide, with approximately 25 dedicated employees working in teams within Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, M&A Tax, and Tax Technology. We are based at our headquarters in Denmark and work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
