About the Role

The Customer Base Management team at Nuuday is seeking a skilled Commercial Data Analyst to join their team. As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reducing churn and optimizing gross profit per user (GPPU) across all portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data reports with metrics that enable insight on how to reduce churn, minimize down-migrations, and maximize up-migrations.
  • Automate and democratize insights and reports used to identify pain points, track KPIs, and movements to improve data access and enable efficient production of initiatives.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze short-term performance and long-term trends of relevant metrics to identify business opportunities that improve P&L and enable countering negative movements with due diligence.
  • Own, manage, and improve monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting and budgeting process on relevant metrics like terminations, churn, and migrations to accurately predict trends and inform decision-making.
  • Assess implemented initiatives for continuous improvement and create best practice methods for evaluation of initiatives.

About You

You are a motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to transform complex data into usable and clear insights. You have experience with building data models and reports, and presenting insights in visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. You possess great communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
