The Customer Base Management team at Nuuday is responsible for reducing churn and optimizing gross profit per user (GPPU) across all portfolios. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in achieving this mission by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data models and reports to analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop and implement initiatives to reduce churn and increase GPPU.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets and developing data models and reports to inform business decisions.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
