Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to join our Quality Engineering and Assurance (QE&A) Practice Team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Denmark ApS. As a Senior Test Manager, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform their business by leveraging digital opportunities and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our QE&A team in test management of large complex and often digital transformation programs at clients.
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Design and execute test plans, including test automation and manual testing.
- Manage and optimize test processes and test maturity.
- Provide stakeholder management and communication to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality results.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Assurance with at least 4+ years of experience in Test Automation.
- Extensive experience in Test Management, Test Planning, and Strategizing.
- Experience in Agile delivery model, Requirement Analysis, Test Design, and Execution.
- Defect Management, Test Progress Reporting, and Test Automation.
- Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and other testing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in coordinating offshore/nearshore teams.
