Job Description

This permanent full-time position involves performing data management and statistical analyses in SAS for research projects in the department. You will be part of the entire process from unprocessed register data to input and comments to reports and scientific papers, collaborating closely with other staff members.

The ideal candidate will have experience with applied statistics, knowledge of various statistical methods, and programming skills in SAS. You will also have the opportunity to work with leading researchers in epidemiology and apply statistical methods to healthcare data in a unique setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in statistics or mathematics
  • Knowledge of various statistical methods and their application, combined with programming experience in SAS
  • Experience with data management based on healthcare data and/or large datasets
  • Interest in improving existing methods and implementing new techniques
  • Interest in healthcare research
