Torture Survivor Support Consultant

Are you interested in evaluating the impact of integrating socioeconomic support into rehabilitation services for torture survivors? Do you have experience in analyzing data from reports and interviews to assess how livelihoods interventions influence the mental health and overall well-being of survivors?
About the ProjectThis project aims to help IRCT members test the integration of livelihoods into their rehabilitation processes to understand whether it enhances survivors' rehabilitation outcomes. To date, 19 IRCT members have implemented livelihoods projects with IRCT sub-grants, reporting results on the impact on the mental health and overall wellbeing of survivors who benefited from these.
Your RoleYour job will entail conducting an evaluation of the outcomes of these projects to ultimately determine the impact that the integration of socioeconomic support has on the rehabilitation of torture survivors. You will also establish analysis on the potential for sustainability of these projects.
Responsibilities- Reviewing and analyzing existing data (reports, articles, etc.).
- Conducting interviews and focus groups with member organizations.
- Providing strategic insights on improving and sustaining this approach.
