Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor a Team: Provide guidance and support to develop the skills of your team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Co-create the Business Intelligence Roadmap: Work with senior leadership to deliver proactive insights across the organization, and drive business performance.
- Drive Business Intelligence Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to prioritize and deliver business intelligence projects that create value.
- Empower the Organization: Equip the broader organization to create value with business intelligence, and cultivate a data-driven mindset across departments.
- Co-develop the Data Platform: Work with the data engineering team to develop a data platform that enables effective performance management across the business.
- Experience in Building and Managing a Data Team: Proven experience in building and managing a high-performing data team.
- Cloud-Based Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Business Intelligence Vision and Strategy: Proven track record of creating and executing on a business intelligence vision and strategy that drives value creation.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to co-create data product requests based on challenges faced by senior leaders.
