Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team as an Asset Management Expert. This role involves taking part in various projects related to maintenance and project organizations, driving solution development and execution in close collaboration with customers.

The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience in maintenance management and execution, with a background in marine engineering or similar field. They should be able to understand new complicated problems and thrive in a dynamic work environment where they can act flexible and take on different roles within project work.

The job involves a range of tasks, including onsite maintenance and project management, maintenance plan development, asset master data acquisition, technical due diligence activities, safety and risk assessments, documentation management, and project management.

We are looking for a visionary and professional team player who is good at understanding new complicated problems and is willing to share knowledge and interact with colleagues across functional areas. The ideal candidate should be motivated and passionate about maintenance, with a focus on technical details and a willingness to take responsibility and customer contact.

• More than five years of experience in maintenance management and execution
• Background in marine engineering or similar field
• Ability to understand new complicated problems and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Good communication skills in English (must) and Danish (nice to have)
