The successful candidate will play a central role in optimizing office-based production operations and coaching our leadership team on LEAN methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization within office-based production operations
  • Utilize LEAN tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and systematically solve problems
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, coaching on LEAN principles and practices at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement standardized work processes and performance metrics to sustain improvements
  • Drive the transition of the LEAN Supply System to a local leader-driven model, supporting yearly assessments and gap identification, anchoring key annual objectives within the Area Business Plan
