Quality Process Manager

We are looking for a talented Quality Process Manager to join our Digital Health & Staffs Quality team at Novo Nordisk A/S. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced quality professionals and specialists who work on quality processes and projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an international pharmaceutical industry. They will also possess excellent people skills, including at least 2 years of experience as a people manager. Strong GxP background and proven stakeholder management experience are also essential.
As a Quality Process Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing training and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance based on signals and data trends. You will support and develop competencies within the team, improve and optimize processes to meet stakeholder needs, and engage with stakeholders.
You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that our processes are simplified and efficient. Your primary location will be Søborg, but you will need to spend 1-2 days in Bagsværd. Due to the presence of many stakeholders in Bagsværd, your team will sit there on a weekly basis.
To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of leadership and quality, and be able to promote employee growth and development.
