About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join Amazon's Enterprise Support team as a Technical Account Manager. You will work closely with customers to provide strategic technical guidance and advocacy, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide technical guidance and advocacy to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively monitor and maintain customers' AWS environments to ensure operational health

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in IT operations or internal enterprise environment
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for distributed systems environments
  • Fluency in English and Danish (preferred)
