We are seeking a Financial Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Internal Controls team, you will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that they are aligned with organisational goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  3. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. Experience in process improvement or a related field is highly desirable.
