Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our Process Excellence team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of process design, improvement, and automation, with the ability to implement efficient workflows. They will also possess excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions using financial modeling, data analysis, and process mapping.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in client engagements focused on optimizing financial processes through the development and implementation of new designs, technologies, and best practices.
* Conduct process diagnostics to assess current finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement and optimization.
* Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and project plans to drive transformative initiatives, ensuring sustainable improvements and alignment with long-term goals.
* Contribute to the growth of the Finance Process Excellence practice by identifying new market opportunities, developing new solutions, and creating thought leadership content to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements
* Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field of education.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in operational finance processes, either with experience from a professional services firm or from finance functions in industries.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, building strong client relationships.
* Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions using financial modeling, data analysis, and process mapping.
