As our Technical Incident Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our incident management process and contribute to the growth of our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating major incident responses, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving process improvements to prevent future incidents.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Initially, you will work 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to 24/7 on-call duty in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Major Incident Coordination:

Lead and facilitate incident response meetings, serving as the central point of contact for all major incidents.

  • Major Incident Response:

Develop and maintain the incident management process, ensuring seamless execution during critical situations.

  • Communication and Reporting:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders internally during and after an incident, providing thorough RCA reports.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Drive post-incident reviews, focusing on continuous improvements and follow-up actions to prevent similar incidents.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams, customer support, and product management to ensure clear communication and transparency.
