About the Team

You will be working closely with our O&M team to ensure the safe operation of our offshore wind farms. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and near-misses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement safety training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in health and safety, preferably in the offshore wind industry.
