Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Automation Planner to join our team. As an Automation Planner, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating integrated project plans and schedules to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

You will prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams, assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities, and report to the project team.

Maintain a record of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance, and assure credibility of the information contained in the schedule.

Qualifications

  • Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT/software development, or related education field.
  • 4-8 years as a planner/scheduler.
  • Expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Experience within the IT/biotech automation industry is a must; candidates with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred.
  • Exemplary communication skills - both oral and written.
