About the Position
We are looking for an experienced researcher with a strong background in digital learning and education to join our team at the Department of Computer Science. As a researcher in digital learning and education, you will be part of a vibrant and dynamic research environment with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in digital learning and education, focusing on theoretical and technological aspects of learning analytics, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and practical applications such as dashboards and feedback systems.
- Develop and maintain a strong research portfolio, publishing in premier venues within technology-enhanced learning.
- Supervise and train research fellows and other staff, as well as teach and participate in examinations.
- Participate in research management, including grant applications and research funding.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field, such as computer science, education, or a related field.
- Strong research background in digital learning and education, with a focus on learning analytics and digital transformation.
- Experience in teaching and supervision, as well as research management and grant applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
