As the Senior Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Director for Denmark, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive corporate reputation strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders, including media and policy makers, to establish a positive perception of Just Eat.

A key aspect of your job will be to facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and provide them with insights into how their work contributes to the company's long-term success. You will leverage your expertise in working with journalists, policymakers, interest groups, and trade associations to help drive the organization's strategic goals on topics such as platform work, AI, labor market, innovation, and sustainability.

To ensure global alignment on these matters, you will work closely with the Central Corporate Communications and Public Affairs teams at our headquarters in Amsterdam, as well as the Country Director in Denmark.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring relevant media coverage and regulatory developments, analyzing their impact on the company, and presenting findings to key stakeholders
  • Promoting and representing Just Eat's vision and values to various stakeholders, identifying key media and policy issues, and distilling the company's perspective on those issues
  • Designing and drafting a comprehensive Public Affairs and Corporate Communications strategy aligned with Danish business priorities and the company's global goals
  • Drafting position papers and press releases on core issues, ensuring alignment between business objectives and your Corporate Communications and Public Affairs strategy
  • Facilitating high-level meetings between Just Eat Denmark's executives and key stakeholders to promote and advocate the company's commitment to public policies
  • Representing JET externally in publications, events, and policymaker settings
