Join Our Team as a Junior Business Controller Scandinavia

Main Responsibilities:

  • Month-end closing and reporting
  • Analysing performance and operational efficiency
  • Management reporting, including proactive P&L analysis
  • Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Internal control activities
  • Process improvement to increase data quality and working efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' relevant professional experience within financial accounting, business controlling or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn analysis into actions
  • Great team player and communication skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent IT skills, efficient in Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally. Scandinavian language skills are highly desirable.
