Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to join our team at NNE. As a key member of our Fill Finish Automation department, you will be responsible for the technical project management of a team of Automation Engineers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation solutions, preferably within the pharma or biotech industry. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and program participants, and will have a holistic view on project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex projects, setting direction and leading the team to success.
- Manage stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and program participants.
- Integrate and align with other departments, taking into consideration other deliveries.
- Support technical discussions based on experience with PLC and SCADA solutions for the pharma industry.
Requirements
- Engineer, technician, computer scientist or similar degree with solid experience within automation solutions.
- Project or engineering management competences with a holistic view on project execution.
- Insight in SCADA/PLC solutions, both developed by integrators/NNE and vendor-based solutions.
- Experience with control systems, including SCADA and PLC solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP and GAMP.
- Fluent English language skills.
