About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our API Project Automation & IT – Manufacturing Expansions department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing automated solutions to optimize our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and implement optimized automated solutions for process optimization and standardization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of process flows within IT/Automation and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Provide expert advice to project teams on robotics solutions and facilitate problem-solving, data collection, and analysis.
  • Work closely with IT/OT teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in automation, robotics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in working with robotics and a matrix organization structure.
  • Excellent understanding of process flows within IT/Automation and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably from large companies or complex projects.
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills.

Our API Project Automation & IT – Manufacturing Expansions department is a program organization built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration.
