Robotics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S in Kalundborg, Denmark. As a Robotics Engineer, you will play a key role in providing support to our process track from design to implementation and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Establish optimized automated solutions with a focus on process optimization and standardization across our different process areas.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and process teams to provide solutions in a simple and efficient way, with respect for our strong requirements for quality and safety in production processes.
- Drive the process of finding and designing robotics solutions in close collaboration with project teams and our IT/OT team.
- Become a trusted advisor to project teams, presenting solutions to larger audiences, including project organizations, external suppliers, and contractors.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in automation, robotics, or a similar field.
- Strong experience in working with robotics, with experience working in a matrix organization preferred.
- Good understanding of process flows within IT/Automation, systematic problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management understanding.
- Fluent levels of verbal and written English.
API Project Automation & IT – Manufacturing Expansions is a program organization built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.

As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
