Position Details

This Internal Client Advocate role requires a bi-lingual Danish/English professional with a track record of supporting client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, self-sufficiency, flexibility, and a keen ability to support our existing customer base.

Main Accountabilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing all their success matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate and timely customer information.
  • Track account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
