About the Role

We are seeking compassionate individuals who can deliver high-quality care in care centers or private homes. As a Social and Healthcare Assistant, you will empower citizens to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Completed vocational training in elderly care or healthcare (e.g., Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería, Assistente Sanitario)
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of practical experience in elderly care
  • Willingness to learn Danish; expected to complete the official Danish language course for foreigners within two years
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level)
  • Valid driving license (category B) and ability to ride a bicycle
  • EU/EEA, Swiss, or Nordic citizenship, or a valid Danish work and residence permit
