At IFU, we are on a mission to drive the green transition and improve living conditions in developing countries and emerging markets. As our new Strategy Manager for Global Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and growth journey.

We work with senior leadership to develop IFU and enable the organisation to grow and further strengthen our position as a leading impact investor in emerging markets. Reporting to the head of Strategy and Business Development, you will contribute to the department's tasks both in collaboration with coworkers and by running projects yourself.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and drive priority initiatives in strategy implementation together with the business units, including setting appropriate KPIs and processes to track and review implementation.
  • Assist in building a new brand for IFU, which is more targeted towards the commercial market. This includes marketing, communication, and investor relations.
  • Support the development of business unit strategies, including IFU's investment strategy in close collaboration with the Investment management team.
  • Develop strategies, tools, and processes that will enable IFU to deliver on its investment targets.
  • Lead annual corporate business planning.
  • Develop updates to capital plans and investment mandates with IFU's owner, the Danish Government.
  • Produce insights, recommendations, and fact-based decision material based on research and analysis for IFU leadership and business units.
