Conference Manager is a profitable B2B SaaS business based in Denmark with clients like Novo Nordisk, Arla, and Carlsberg. We are the leading provider of registration and event management solutions in Scandinavia and are currently gearing up our efforts to take us to the next level.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Contact and engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Navigate gatekeepers and identify decision-makers.
- Schedule and book high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager in Denmark.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to position Conference Manager for success.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is eager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess:
- 1-2 years of SDR experience or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
- A natural relationship-building personality.
- A self-starter personality with strong resilience and motivation to turn a 'no' into a 'yes'.
- The ability to learn fast and a huge interest in growing in the sales field.
- A can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven scale-up environment.
- A team player mentality and a genuine wish to take part in a fun and dynamic environment with several social events throughout the year.
