About The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting management decisions and the overall strategy in our Logistics and Services segment. Your analysis and insights will provide critical guidance for informed decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include driving monthly performance management, preparing materials for senior management and the board of directors, and driving financial reporting and analysis with a focus on timeliness and quality.

You will also lead the financial planning and forecasting process, drive long-term strategic business planning, analyze cash flow and working capital trends, and prepare interim reporting (external).

Key Qualifications

  • A strong analytical mindset, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and challenges with agility and urgency.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment analytics, project controlling, management and/or strategy consultancy, business development, or similar fields.
  • A positive attitude and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, as you will be responsible for leading financial modeling; experience with OneStream and/or business intelligence systems is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
  • Self-motivation, a desire for continuous process improvement, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
