Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Strategic & Consulting Director to join our team at IMPACT Extend. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional consulting services, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. If you have a passion for B2B and a talent for spotting growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Advisory
    • Develop and implement tailored consulting solutions for clients.
    • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and guide ongoing client collaboration.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and design initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  2. Growth Management
    • Manage a portfolio with significant revenue responsibility.
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the unit, focusing on continuous growth.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across your portfolio.
  3. Clients & Partnerships
    • Nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with the broader sales team to support cross-unit opportunities.
    • Contribute to our market positioning through cases, insights, and thought leadership.
