Responsibilities- Strategic Advisory
- Develop and implement tailored consulting solutions for clients.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and guide ongoing client collaboration.
- Monitor client satisfaction and design initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Growth Management
- Manage a portfolio with significant revenue responsibility.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the unit, focusing on continuous growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across your portfolio.
- Clients & Partnerships
- Nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to support cross-unit opportunities.
- Contribute to our market positioning through cases, insights, and thought leadership.
