We're seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our empowered product team. As a key member of our development squad, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our B2B SaaS products. You'll collaborate closely with our experienced team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software components and systems. Your responsibilities will include participating in code reviews, investigating and resolving software defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
How We Work
We operate under a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days in the office weekly. Our cross-functional teams comprise 5-9 engineers, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer. We follow a dual-track agile approach, with the Product Trio responsible for discovery and the Engineering Manager and engineers handling delivery. Our focus lies on crafting straightforward solutions, avoiding over-engineering, and prioritizing testing. We utilize modern technologies and tools, such as React, Redux, TypeScript, Sass, pnpm, yarn, WPF, Jest, Playwright, and Azure DevOps. With 30 daily software deployments, we're committed to automation, using custom tools for configuring local development environments, publishing release notes, localization workflow, and managing tasks, branches, and pull requests.
