About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion into the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new sales opportunities and establishing ourselves as a trusted advisor in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy and Execution
    • Collaborate with our sales team to implement a tailored sales strategy for the Nordics market.
    • Develop and execute a plan to establish ourselves as a trusted advisor in the region.
  • Sales Cycle Management
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation and qualification, RFPs, pitch documents, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the existing and potential client base in the Nordics region.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
    • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and lead product demonstrations.
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare and manage pricing proposals for prospective clients.
    • Develop contract deliverables in collaboration with clients and engage internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Onboarding and Support
    • Ensure a seamless transition from closing the sale to client onboarding.
    • Participate in onboarding calls and provide ongoing support to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales-related roles within B2B SaaS companies, large software companies, or cloud solutions.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • A customer-centric approach with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
    • A proven track record in building, managing, and converting large sales pipelines.
    • Demonstrable success in securing complex, enterprise-level accounts in the Nordics market.
    • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish).
    • An open-minded, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ambition, curiosity, and a goal-oriented approach.
    • A genuine interest in real estate and environmental issues.
    • Experience with CRM tools.
