- Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product, working closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using a range of platforms and tools.
- Prospect target companies and connect with prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, videos, social selling, and participation at events.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next step.
- Fluency in English and native/fluent speaker of Norwegian.
- A background in sales, real estate, recruitment, or a passion to develop your career in sales.
- Motivation and determination to succeed, paired with a positive mindset that allows you to reach your targets.
- Ability to execute and take responsibility, with a team player attitude and coachability.
- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with short and dynamic sales cycles.
