Highly Skilled Observability Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our new Observability Platform team at LEGO Gruppe. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a unified observability platform that integrates technologies like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, the ELK stack, Zabbix, and PagerDuty.
Core Responsibilities- Automate observability processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Fix and resolve issues related to observability tools and systems.
- Know the latest with industry trends and new technologies in observability and recommend improvements to our platform.
- Contribute to the development of standard processes and guidelines for observability across the organization.
This position is part of the larger Developer Experience and Cloud Foundation area, providing product teams in the LEGO Group with foundational capabilities for developing, deploying, and operating IT solutions.
Requirements- Proficient understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting standard methodologies.
- Good understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) standard methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar languages).
- Understanding of platform security is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 DKK per year, depending on experience.
