Join Our Global Team as a Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our global team at Pandora A/S.

About the Role:

  • This is a key leadership position in our compliance department, responsible for driving our global compliance agenda and ensuring we maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • As a Compliance Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team working together to deliver our compliance objectives and provide guidance on a wide range of compliance topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to enhance compliance processes and frameworks, ensuring our programme is suitable for Pandora's global operations.
  • Provide training and advisory services to employees across various departments, including sanctions and regulatory updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, best practices, and industry developments, adapting our programme and policies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, including Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, HR, and Sustainability, to ensure effective compliance management.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in compliance or a related field, with a strong understanding of anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and competition law.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • A proactive approach to business ethics, with a passion for fostering a culture of integrity within our organization.
