About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Commercial Excellence team in driving business growth through innovative product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to drive business growth and enhance our product offerings.
  • Take full ownership of the Customer product portfolio, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Define product roadmaps, aligning with company objectives and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the sector's key players, current trends, and challenges, ensuring our product offerings remain competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Lead the development and execution of business cases, driving strategic decision-making within the organization.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven product strategies in the energy or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in product analysis and market research.
  • Agile project management skills, with the ability to deliver products efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a high drive for executing tasks.
  • Solid IT skills, well-versed in product management tools and the Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
