Key Responsibilities

This exciting role offers an opportunity to join a fast-moving department that is constantly developing, inventing new ways to secure business engagement and awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business change management and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will work closely with the Business Change Management (BCM) team led by the BCM Manager in Commercial ART, collaborating across the Arla organization to drive the change agenda forward. Your responsibilities will include analyzing how changes will affect our business, identifying and involving key stakeholders, and preparing them for the changes to come.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and execution of Business Change Management (BCM) activities
  • Understanding and communicating change impact for super users and the organization
  • Preparing stakeholder management, end user adoption plans, communication materials, and facilitating training sessions
  • Preparing Arla leaders for their role in leading the change, lead, coach, and inspire your colleagues and support their development
