We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team and assist in various treasury-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English, are also essential.
This part-time role (approx. 10-15 hours per week) is based in our HQ in Middelfart and offers opportunities for personal and professional development in close collaboration with experienced professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel and PowerBI to analyze financial data, including commercially viable data.
- Data Processing: Assist in data entry, data validation, and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Reporting: Prepare and enhance PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal stakeholders across seniority, summarizing key financial metrics and trends.
- Trade Receivable: Assist with daily management of our trade receivable programs, as well as identifying new potential candidates and business opportunities within this area.
- Trade Finance: Assist with various tasks related to trade finance and guarantee handling.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad hoc projects related to daily operations, cross-team support, and financial analysis as assigned by Group Treasury.
