About the Role

Pandora A/S seeks a highly motivated, strategic professional with a proven track record driving large-scale transformation. As a Director of Business Outcomes, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive the People Transformation agenda forward.

This pivotal role involves building and leading a dynamic and highly regarded Transformation team, securing strong project management capabilities and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Reporting to the VP for People Strategy and Transformation and acting as a trusted advisor to the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), you will influence decision-making and drive impactful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a management consulting mindset and examples to date of translating strategies into tangible business results. We are looking for a credible and proactive Transformation leader with an impressive skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Transformation Leadership
  • Design, lead, and execute large-scale, cross-functional People Transformation initiatives that align with corporate strategies and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Establish and enhance project management frameworks to ensure robust governance, timely delivery, and accountability across key initiatives.
Advisory to the HR Leadership Team
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the HRLT, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to shape decision-making and optimize People Transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the development of business cases for key transformation projects, with clear links to financial and operational outcomes.
Driving Business Outcomes
  • Ensure alignment of People Transformation initiatives with overarching corporate objectives, driving improved productivity, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to align HR strategies with tangible business metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in strategy, management consulting, or program management roles, with a focus on transformation or strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of working with executive leadership teams and influencing at the highest levels.
  • Strong project management expertise, including Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Capable of influencing and effectively partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Adept at change management and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
