About the Position:

  • Leading the front office team to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Developing and implementing new ideas to enhance guest experiences and optimize front office operations.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Being open to working shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a front office manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of Danish language preferred but not mandatory.
