Vi søger en Salgs- og Projektleder til at lede vores Key Account Management-team og udvikle vores salgs- og markedsføringsaktiviteter. Du vil være ansvarlig for at opbygge og vedligeholde vores relationer til eksisterende kunder, samt identificere og udvikle nye business-muligheder på B2B-markedsføringsområdet.

ANSVARSOMRÅDER:

  • Kundetilfredshed og loyalitet: Sikre, at vores kunder er glade og tilfredse med vores salgs- og markedsføringsaktiviteter.
  • Omsætning- og indtjeningssvækst: Udvikle og implementere strategier til at øge vores omsætning og indtjening på B2B-markedsføringsområdet.
  • Relationer og kommunikation: Sikre, at vores kunder og interne medarbejdere har en god og effektiv kommunikation.
  • Demonstrationer og præsentationer: Udvikle og implementere effektive demonstrerings- og præsentationsstrategier til at vise vores produkter og services.
  • Forhandlinger: Sikre, at vores kunder og interne medarbejdere føler sig trygge og tilfredse med vores forhandlingsproces.
  • Strategi: Udvikle og implementere strategier til at udvikle og føre vores salgs- og markedsføringsaktiviteter frem.

KVALIFIKATIONER:

  • En solid kommerciel erfaring og dokumenterede resultater med B2B-salg.
  • Branchekendskab til B2B-markedsføringsområdet.
  • Lysten og ikke mindst evnen til at sætte sig ind i nye trends og tendenser på B2B-markedsføringsområdet.
  • Evnen til at arbejde og præstere selvstændigt, såvel som i et team.
  • Kendskab til ERP-systemer og gerne CRM-systemer.
