We are seeking a results-driven and business-savvy Commercial Account Manager to join our Poly Hybrid Work Solutions team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers.

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction, develop and execute account plans tailored to client needs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Builder: Be the single point of contact, develop and manage relationships on all levels within the customer organization, and manage the virtual team to drive execution.
  • Business Developer: Identify new business opportunities and expand HP Poly's presence with existing customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and systems engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction, develop and execute strategic account plans, drive pipeline and sales opportunities, and assist partners in opportunity management.
  • Business Leader: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, manage the overall business, opportunities, and provide forecasts.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Director for Nordics & Baltics of Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals and work in close cooperation with the Poly category team, Systems Engineers, sales, channel marketing, and other specialists to support you in your work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English is an absolute requirement.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Team player with a growth mindset and positive energy.
  • Experience with business development is a must.
  • Well-developed proven relationship skills.
  • Good understanding of business financials is key.
  • In-depth industry knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
Estimated Salary:

Dk 750,000 - Dk 950,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
