We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner for Business Growth. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for leaders, providing day-to-day support through every stage of the employee lifecycle.

As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for designing and driving general initiatives that focus on helping employees grow in their roles, stay engaged, and build long-term careers with us.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to leaders, addressing inquiries, clarifying policies, and offering solutions to HR challenges.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring, from job posting to interviewing and preboarding new hires.
  • Advise on HR policies and ensure they are consistently applied across the organisation.
  • Manage engagement surveys and employee feedback, helping managers address concerns and improve team dynamics and performance.
  • Design and drive general initiatives that focus on employee development and retention.
What We're Looking For
  • A few years' hands-on experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar, and a readiness to take on broader responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A knack for improving workflows and ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
  • An analytical approach to HR, using data to provide insights and help drive HR strategies and decisions.
