About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader to join our dynamic team and drive growth among enterprise clients. As an essential member of our sales organization, you will lead the entire sales process end-to-end, collaborating closely with dedicated teams to handle operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ownership: Lead the entire sales process with enterprise clients, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Strategic Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the value of PriceShape's SaaS solutions, tailoring presentations and proposals to the unique needs of each client.
  • Market Strategy: Identify key industries within the enterprise sector, developing go-to-market strategies and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with our dedicated teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Leverage these resources to keep clients engaged and satisfied.
  • Sales Insights & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasts and updates in our CRM, providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, tech, or e-commerce solutions.
  • Industry Connections: A network of decision-makers in retail, e-commerce, or pricing technology is a plus, but not required.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Skilled at diagnosing client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience developing and executing plans to drive enterprise sales.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient with data to inform strategies and refine the sales process.

Salary: Estimated annual salary: €80,000 - €120,000 based on industry standards and location.
