About the Role:

This Automation Planner will work on life science construction projects, developing integrated project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution. You'll prepare baseline schedules, assess critical path impacts, and monitor schedule deviations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and update project plans and schedules to optimize project efficiency.
  • Prepare and approve schedule basis documents with project teams.
  • Analyze schedule impacts and report to the project team.
  • Monitor schedule variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide regular schedule progress reports and analysis.
  • Maintain records of scope changes and trends affecting schedule performance.
  • Ensure credibility of schedule information.
  • Review schedules with project team members.

Qualifications:

">
  • Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT/software development, or related education field.
  • 4-8 years as a planner/scheduler.
  • Expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Experience within the IT/biotech automation industry is essential; additional life sciences experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
