As a Research Project Manager at HAMLET PROTEIN A/S, you will play a crucial role in advancing our company's position in the market through rigorous technical documentation.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in young animal nutrition to oversee and manage feeding trials from conception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all feeding trials sponsored by our company are conducted in accordance with our established policies and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Feeding Trial Sponsorship: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of feeding trials to ensure timely completion and high-quality data.
  • Technical Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and reliable technical documentation that meets industry standards.
  • Portfolio Management: Strategically manage the feeding trial portfolio to maximize returns on investment while minimizing risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, universities, and farms, to co-design feeding trials and leverage their expertise.
  • Trial Facility Selection: Evaluate and select trial facilities that meet our company's quality and safety standards.
  • Content Development: Translate trial outcomes into actionable insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and control project expenses, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Feed Industry Expertise: Proven track record of success in the feed industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Animal Nutrition Knowledge: In-depth understanding of animal nutrition principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Languages: Fluency in Danish and English.
  • Location: HAMLET PROTEIN A/S Headquarters in Horsens, Denmark + home office - depending on your location.
