Job Description
The Named Enterprise Business Development Manager will report to our Sales Director for Denmark and will be responsible for leading the development of a business plan with ecosystem partners to accelerate existing customer success, identify and acquire new customers, and exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners.
- Mentor a diverse team of big data and AI professionals.
- Lead your team, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases.
- Support the broader big data and AI transformation goals of your customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
Qualifications
- Technical or software direct sales experience.
- Databricks knowledge.
- Longevity with previous employers.
- Success in quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.
- Experience with usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and co-selling with cloud teams.
- Business case development and C-level Executive support.
- Sales methodologies and process familiarity.
- Partnership development and strategy implementation.
- Consumption-based sales models understanding.
- Use case identification and buying center analysis.
- English fluency required; Swedish or Danish fluency desired.
