The Role of an Education Program Coordinator at Kao

As an Education Program Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and assistance to the education teams in managing educational programs, events, and activities. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating training sessions, updating systems and program files, and handling translations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions and events for educators and students.
  • Provide administrative support to the education team, including acting as a liaison with field teams.
  • Ensure that all necessary documents and materials are available for educational programs.

You will also be responsible for translating materials, proofreading documents, and balancing budgets. If you have experience in sales support, cosmetology, or the hair care industry, you will find this role particularly engaging.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
